01 · The short version

When the business is missing a system, I build it.

I am a revenue and operations executive. At Matterport I ran Americas revenue through the IPO. At Proof I ran enterprise sales, customer success and product operations for AI identity verification. At a diversified holding company I became the operating spine between the founder and the finance, build, land and energy teams. In 2026 I also took the company's capital raising on myself: bank bridges, development facilities and fund structures.

The common thread: when the business is missing a system, I build it. Reporting the owner has wanted for years. A lender database when two raises are running at once. The operating workbook that finally puts projects, debt and cash on one page. Then I run it, hand it off and move to the next gap.

Today I also run Narraitive, where that approach becomes a product.

03 · Capital

The money side is not someone else's job.

Every lender and investor process for a 17 entity holding company, run by me: targeting, packaging, outreach, negotiation and the record behind it.

Public markets

Led the Americas revenue organization at Matterport through its merger with Gores Holdings VI, announced February 2021: $2.9B pro forma equity value and up to $640M in proceeds, including a $295M PIPE from Tiger Global, Dragoneer, Fidelity, BlackRock funds and Lux Capital. Listed on Nasdaq as MTTR in July 2021. My team carried the largest region through the process.

Lender packages at any size

A $650K SBA 7(a) plus owner equity package and investor deck for a physician led longevity practice: business model, five year operating model and lender package in a week. The same discipline at $650K and at $25M.

Bank debt

A $20M bridge on two energy assets, taken to regional and national banks. Recourse is the first question in every conversation, so it is answered before the deck goes out.

Development credit

A $25M development facility across three projects, four lenders in process at once.

Equity and funds

A $25M investor fund with a preference and an exit premium, modeled and tested before counsel. A $10M project equity raise for a power adjacent data center site.

The package

Decks, one page deal sheets, investment memos, gated data rooms and a 75 name lender CRM, so the next raise starts from a system, not a blank page.

Five steps, every raise

  1. 01

    Target

The right lenders and investors for the asset, the structure and the recourse.

  2. 02

    Package

Deck, one page deal sheet, model and data room, built before the first call.

  3. 03

    Outreach

Sequenced, tracked, followed up. One log of every touch.

  4. 04

    Negotiate

Recourse, pricing, structure and what to hold back for leverage.

  5. 05

    Record

One CRM, one log, and the lessons back into the playbook.

The hardest part of any raise is knowing who to call, what to send, in what order and what to hold back for leverage. That process is now a product spec.

04 · Partnerships and channels

Channels that put the product where the customer already is.

At Proof (Notarize) I ran enterprise, business services and strategic partnerships. The channel programs below were the growth engine: national retail, document software and the CRM every sales team lives in. Earlier, the same playbook took an iPad point of sale through Apple's channel and Ingenico's payment network.

05 · What I build

Built by hand. Used on Monday.

Everything below was built by me, hands on, in Lovable, Excel, Claude and code. Names are changed where the work belongs to a company or client. Each card says what it is, why it exists and where it was used.

Owner and executive reporting

One screen for the person who has to decide.

Owner's Weekly Outlook

Day job

One screen for a founder running 17+ entities: what changed, the cash consequence, the decision needed. Plan, actual and forecast on one line per project, with an exit horizon.

WhyThe owner had asked for this report for five years. Multi entity QuickBooks could not produce it.

Executive Insights Hub

Day job

Two views of the same data. A detailed operator view and a one screen owner view.

WhyReplace spreadsheets passed around by email with one source.

Financial Command Center

Day job

Board ready quarterly view across business units with anomaly flags and an "as reported vs normalized" toggle.

WhySurface the story in the numbers before the meeting, not during it.

Executive Offsite Packets

Day job

WhyEvery VP shows up to the offsite with the same page.

Investor Performance Reports

Consulting

Quarterly and monthly performance reports for a real estate portfolio, with properties tiered by outcome.

WhyInvestors want a standard format, not a new spreadsheet each quarter.

Capital, lenders and investors

The front door, the pipeline and the model behind every raise.

Capital Partners CRM and Outreach Engine

Day job

75 lenders and investors, segmented by lane (energy, land, spec, equity). Stage funnel, touch ledger, weekly send queue, mail merge, and a view only version for the executive team.

WhyA $20M bridge and a $25M development facility were running at the same time with no system behind them.

Investor Microsites with Gated Data Rooms

Day job

Access gated investor pages with a return sensitivity calculator, tracked downloads and inquiry forms tied to a database.

WhyLenders and investors need a front door that is not an email thread.

WhyA deck that lives at a link is always current and always on brand.

Funding and Recap Scenario Tool

Day job

Interactive comparison of refinance, hold and sale paths for two energy assets, tied to the Excel model.

WhyLet the founder see the paths side by side before a lender did.

Investment Memorandum

Day job

A 24 page memo on a power station acquisition: capacity market, three valuation scenarios, 36 month roadmap, tax strategy.

WhyA capital decision deserves a document, not a thread.

Waterfall Fund Payout Test

Day job

Model and brief for a $25M investor fund with a preference and an exit premium.

WhyTest the terms before the lawyers bill for them.

Loan Process Platform (spec)

Venture

Product spec for a guided, stage aware lending process for small and mid market companies, built from both sides of the table.

WhyThe hardest part of a loan is knowing who to call, what to send and when.

Day job

A 30 tab operating workbook: project register, debt register, 13 week cash, maturity wall, lender deliverables, decision and exception registers, financial certifications. Plus a three page outline and a visual meeting map for leadership.

WhySeventeen entities and no single place where finance, projects and capital met. Built it, ran it, handed it to the finance lead.

Command Center OS

Day job

Operating cockpit for development: pipeline, forecast, risk, decision docket, with What / So what / Now what on every project.

WhyThe owner should open one screen, not nine tabs.

Systems Map and 2027 Stack

Day job

Inventory and architecture of every app, connector and system of record, the integration roadmap, and a clean sheet hub and spoke design.

WhyFive tools each wanted to be the master. One system of record, defined domains for the rest.

Project Financial Handoff

Day job

The gate and package operating teams submit to Finance once a property is under contract.

WhyFinance should never find out about a deal from the bank.

Cost Allocation Standard

Day job

Rules, tiers and workbook for allocating holdco carry to projects and spec homes.

WhyProject margins are only real if overhead is in them.

Compensation Structures

Day job

Workbook for development manager to GC and self perform compensation models.

WhyIncentives should match the operating model, not the org chart.

Talent Navigator

Day job

9 box, 360 reviews, loaded cost and org structure in one tool.

WhyRedesign the org with the numbers, not the opinions.

AI products and agents

Products that do the work, not chat about it.

06 · How I work

Four rules. Every brief, every build.

01

What / So what / Now what / Why now

Every brief, every report, every meeting starts here.

02

Make it real

A plan is not done until it runs in a tool someone uses on Monday.

03

An honest open gap beats false readiness

Blanks are shown, never estimated.

04

Executive compression

The workbook keeps the lineage. The owner gets one screen.

08 · Work with me

Fractional operating leadership, capital readiness and partnership channels, with the systems to back it.

I run the weekly operating review, the AI keeps the record. Operating reviews, operating system design and installs, capital readiness. Through Narraitive.
